On my way out, he did not go over things that were done, things for me to look out for, and gave me any comfort in my oil cap being put back properly this time. I also told him that the last time I came to a jiffy lub, my oil cap was not tightened properly. The dealership recommends it.» He made me feel like I made a huge mistake. When I asked if something was mandatory, or recommended by the dealership, instead of saying yes or no politely, he responded in a painful way. ![]() I ended up paying for parts I either didn’t need, or was unsure if I needed it at all. While going over services I needed and services possible, he rushed me. As we spoke, he looked around, rushed me, spoke for me, and a couple times even interrupted me. Conversed with me as if he did not value my time. This person did several things that made me feel uncomfortable. This person was a White male with a short haircut. After that, I dealt with the customer service person at the desk. The person who opened the door for me as I arrived was extremely kind. Multiple mistakes and not even one apology, just attitude especially after he realized that he was SO wrong about the amount of money they were trying to give me back for the blades. I am incredibly disappointed and horrified by how they treat people here. I don’t know what kind of establishment they are trying to run here. Even though it literally says «tax» and the amount on my receipt. When I explained this to him, he kept trying to convince me that the tax was part of the blades. When he finally agreed to give me my money back, he tried to short change me! He tried to give me only the value of the blades and not accounting for the tax that was charged on the blades. I had to tell him multiple times that I wanted my money back. When I told the representative of the mistake, not even an apology. This is a waste of my time, for their mistake. I came back the next day to get my money back for the wiper blades. There was nothing wrong with the oil change, but the wiper blades were never replaced, despite the fact that I paid for them. I paid for an oil change and for both front windshield wiper blades to get replaced. I’ve been to other Jiffy Lube locations before, but this one is by far the worst and most unprofessional. I would like to comment on my HORRIBLE experience I’ve had at this location. THANKS JIFFY LUBE FOR KEEPING ME FROM GETTING DIRTY & HAVING 5 USED QUARTS OF OIL TO DISGARD. I will use Jiffy Lube from now on due to the level of service & the way reasonable charges for the service you receieve. There was no arm twisting to do further repairs & now I can stop at any Jiffy Lube & get my fluids checked & serviced nation wide. Upon arrival that jumped to 50 mins but as stated, I was out in about 30mins. The only thing I was displeased about was when I originally called I was told a 15 minute wait. ![]() I paid a little over $ 30 and was out in less time than forecast. They did try to upsell me but there was little pressure. I went home & jumped online & found Jiffy Lube on W. Having an automotive background I know the costs and the 1 st 3 places I went ranged from $ 40 - $ 50 for an oil change. I started looking for signs advertising cheap oil changes. I was out looking for work yesterday & realized just how over due I was on an oil change. ![]()
